Betonica EOOD respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

What we collect
Only what you give us when you request a sample, ask for a quote, or contact us: your name, email, phone, company, shipping address, and the project details or message you send. We do not collect special categories of data.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries and prepare quotes (steps taken at your request before a contract), to fulfil and ship sample and product orders (performance of a contract), and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation). Any newsletter is sent only with your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to deliver your order: our shipping and logistics carriers and our form and email providers, each bound by data-processing terms. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request; order and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Bulgarian law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, or object to processing. Email k.filipov@betonica.eu and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
The site stores only the minimal data needed to remember your language choice. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Complaints
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia, kzld.bg.
