Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of Betonica EOOD products. Please read them before placing an order.
Seller
All sales are made by Betonica EOOD (UIC 208570417), 35, 4205 Kostievo, Bulgaria. Placing an order means you accept these terms; your statutory EU consumer rights are not affected.
Products and custom orders
We cast brick slips, stone cladding, 3D wall panels, and concrete sinks. Colour blends, panel relief, and sink dimensions can be made to your specification. Natural variation in colour and texture is characteristic of cast material and is not a defect.
Prices and VAT
Prices are quoted per project and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. We confirm the final price in writing before production begins.
Samples
A sample box costs €25 and is refunded against your first order over €500.
Lead time
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from an approved specification. We share progress photos during production.
Delivery and risk
We palletise, foam-pack, and ship through our logistics partners across the EU, with transit insurance included. Please inspect the delivery on arrival.
Returns and cancellation
Standard finishes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order (custom) pours cannot be returned once production has begun. Where the law grants consumers a right of withdrawal, it applies in full.
Damage in transit
Photograph any damage on arrival and send it to logistics@betonica.eu. We re-ship affected pieces at our cost; most claims close within 48 hours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and any dispute falls under the competent Bulgarian courts.
