What if I miss the delivery slot?
The driver retries the next business day at no charge. We can also schedule the delivery window in advance. Tell us your site hours and we work backwards.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Photograph it, send to logistics@betonica.eu, and we re-ship the affected pieces at our cost. Most claims close within 48 hours. The driver's arrival photos protect both sides.
What if I need extra m² mid-install?
Same-week dispatch for stocked colors. Custom pours follow the standard 4–6 week lead time, so order any contingency m² with your original brief.
What if my country isn't in your standard coverage?
Email us with the postcode and m². We've shipped as far as Tel Aviv, Dubai, and Reykjavik. There's almost always a way.
Packaging
How your material
actually travels.
- Pallet base: Heat-treated ISPM 15 timber, sized to your order, banded twice.
- Foam layer: 25 mm cross-linked polyethylene between every row of brick slips or stone, between every panel face, around every sink.
- Shrink wrap: Two passes, hand-stretched. Corner protectors at all four pallet edges.
- Documentation: Packing slip and photo manifest of the loaded pallet emailed to you the day of dispatch.
